Michael T. DeJulius – President
Mr. DeJulius has worked as Contract Manager since 2008 and is currently in charge of the Iowa American Pipeline installation contract that has been held by Hawkeye Sewer and Water since 2012. He has worked from the ground up to gain knowledge and expertise in the heavy construction industry by holding every field position available with-in both companies. Mr. DeJulius holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University. His unique experience with both civil engineering and construction help make projects flow smoothly from pre-design all the way through final construction.
Erin M. Holst – Corporate Secretary
Ms. Holst has been with the Company since 2001. She was elected to the Board of Directors in 2014, and is currently the office manager for both companies. Ms. Holst holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Illinois University.
Gerrit Holst - Site Superintendent
Mr. Holst has worked for Hawkeye Sewer & Water since 2003. He started as a loader operator, quickly moving up to foreman within a few years, and eventually became superintendent. Mr Holst has been in the industry for over 20 years and bring a wealth of knowledge and problem solving to the team.
