N.J. Miller, Inc.

N.J. Miller was incorporated in 1969 and Hawkeye Sewer & Water in 1977 by Norman John Miller. N.J. Miller, Inc and Hawkeye Sewer and Water Construction, Inc are brother/sister companies that specialize in residential land development. We have constructed a wide variety of new subdivisions from very large to very small.We have worked for the same clientele (or 2nd/3rd generation) for over 50 years, but welcome any new developers. We use our  50+ years of experience in development construction to help developers value engineer projects from the start to the finish. 

What We Do

Although residential development is our specialty, we have branched out to other areas. We currently hold the contract with Iowa American Water Co. for all capital improvements in the QC area. We have also completed  numerous municipal concrete reconstruction jobs that range anywhere from $20,000 to $2 million.
